The purpose of this site is to give Suppliers, Coop Members, and Other visitors the information and tools they need to interact with SPO.  Visitors can search our State Contracts, From A-Z, By Category, or find Cooperative and Set Aside Contracts. An overview of our Contracts, Programs, Procurement Process, and Team Directory are included as well.

Suppliers can also:

• Explore an array of support options for our eProcurement System:  Arizona Procurement Portal (APP)
• Get Information and support on Submitting Usage Reports 
• Learn about Doing Business with the State

Additionally, Cooperative Members can:

• Search cooperative contracts
• Renew or register Co-op membership
• Find information on purchasing off state contracts
