As we continue to gain momentum towards our October 15, 2018 APP system go-live, we are excited to announce upcoming training! These sessions will present an important opportunity to learn more about the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP), the easy-to-use software tool that will replace ProcureAZ. To supplement the APP trainings, we are also providing Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) which are short 1-3 page job aids that enable users to complete a particular task in the APP without having to refer to any additional documentation or reaching out for help.
In preparation for the implementation of the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP), we are excited to invite you to complete the APP training!
The APP is an easy-to-use software tool that will replace the legacy purchasing system, ProcureAZ, for the purchase and payment of goods and services provided to the State of Arizona. As a current ProcureAZ supplier who will be fully transitioned to the APP by October 15th, 2018, you are encouraged to complete training on the new tool. These trainings will provide valuable, in depth instruction on how to complete tasks such as:
- Supplier Registration and Enrollment
- Invoice creation and tracking
- Existing Suppliers – APP Overview and Supplier Registration/Enrollment
- Invoice Creating and Tracking
Training will be available through VILT sessions (Webex Webinars). Participants will need to register for the session prior to joining, please choose a date below and click the link to register for the desired class.
