What is contract?
Our e-procurement system, the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP), houses all state contracts between the state and it's suppliers and manages over 800 cooperative contracts. Within the contracts are the negotiated goods and services. Any contract that is designated as as a Co-Op contract is available for members of the state cooperative program to participate in.
